Welcome to MyDom. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyDom website, web applications, community gallery, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using or accessing MyDom, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must own or have explicit permission to upload any content you share.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, non-consensual, or violates the rights of others.
• Content may be removed at any time for violating these Terms or community standards.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on MyDom:

• Any material that is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Content involving or depicting minors (anyone under 18 years old).
• Non-consensual sexual acts or imagery.
• Graphic violence, extreme gore, or abusive behavior.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.

MyDom reserves the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these rules. In cases involving suspected illegal activity, we may report such matters to the appropriate authorities.

8. Termination

MyDom may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or suspected misuse of the Platform.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyDom operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
